Transformer & HT Equipment
Most industrial units in SIDCUL Pantnagar, Sitarganj and the wider Udham Singh Nagar belt take supply at 11 kV or 33 kV and run their own transformer yard. Garg Electricals supplies the HT equipment and transformer spares that keep these yards running.
For maintenance we supply transformer oil to IS 335, bushings, gaskets, breathers, silica gel and other routine spares. On the HT side we supply AB switches and drop-out fuse sets for 11 kV and 33 kV, pin, disc, post and polymer insulators, and metal-oxide lightning arresters for surge protection.
Pair these with our HT cables and termination kits and earthing material to source a complete substation package from one supplier.

Frequently asked questions
What standard does your transformer oil meet?
We supply mineral insulating oil conforming to IS 335. Ask for the supplier's test certificate with your order if your maintenance procedure requires it.
How often should silica gel in a transformer breather be replaced?
Replace it when most of the gel has changed colour (typically from blue or orange to pink or green, depending on type). Check the breather during routine inspections, more often in humid monsoon months.
Do you supply spares for any transformer make?
Common spares such as bushings, gaskets and breathers are largely standard by kVA and voltage class. Share the transformer nameplate details and we will confirm compatibility.
